辛国祥,男,1987年9月生,河北衡水人,中共党员,博士,讲师,硕士生导师。主要从事超级电容器、锂电池等新能源材料的相关研究。主持和参与了国家自然科学基金项目、内蒙古自治区自然科学基金(博士基金、面上基金和重大项目)、包头市创新人才项目等,发表学术论文20余篇,出版专著1部,获得授权国家发明专利4项。
